Friar Tuck Fishing Baits is a small family business.

We make no claims that our baits are the finest available or that the competition is rubbish, all that we can say is that we have over 35 years carp fishing experience and wish to share the results of our recipes to caring anglers.

We like to think that the baits we supply are as fresh as possible and therefore may need to manufacture them after receiving your order.

Unfortunately in this day and age there will always be small print and rather than compile a load of legal jargon, we have produced a few conditions for the acceptance of your order.

1. Upon receiving your order we will endeavour to process it as soon as possible, for orders under 10 Kg we aim to despatch within 7 days, for orders over, it may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the time of year.

2. We will process your payment upon receipt of order.

3. We do not keep any of your credit card details, your card details are passed through a secure process to our payment processors, whom are currently PayPal.

4. You may chose to pay via a Credit or Debit Cards, either on line or by telephone or indeed in person or alternatively you can pay via the standard PayPal Service.

5. Friar Tuck Fishing Baits will only hold your personal details that you provided for the sole purpose of processing your order and keeping you advised of new developments, we never will pass your information on to third parties. Your details are kept on a secure server which is inaccessible to unauthorised persons and is protected by multiple firewall's.

6. As you can appreciate, we do not carry large stocks as we believe in the important's of fresh bait, therefore we reserve the right to refuse to refund/cancel orders over 10 Kg's unless we are notified within 48 Hours of receiving an order.
     
7. In the event of delay, we will endeavour to contact the client and provide a revised date for despatch.

8. We do not ship any product on Fridays or prior to a Bank Holiday, as the bait will deteriorate over the weekend if left at the delivery depot.

9. We cannot take any responsibility for spoiled goods as a result of a failed delivery.

10. We will always attempt to contact the client prior to shipping any goods to the address provided overleaf, should this not be possible, then we will not ship the goods unless it has been pre-arranged in writing with the client.

11. Although we believe that our products have been compiled to provide a nutritional food to Coarse Fish, no representation is made which makes any guarantees or claims.

12. Due to the nature of our baits and that they have a very limited shelf life if not maintained at a temperature of -8 degrees C or more we cannot offer a refund policy, unless the product is found to be technically at fault, this does not affect your statutory rights.

13. Friar Tuck Fishing Baits accepts no liability for any loss to fish stocks or the environment.
